Our educational facilities are definitely lacking. We need to do better to give our children the very best. The problem most people do not realize is the tremendous costs involved in modernizing all facilities.
That is why we need to give states more rights with respect to education so that the states can better be in charge of disbursing money to their local educational institutions.
