Pre-school is essential to children's education. We can all agree that children should go to pre-school.
Children that get a head start to their education at a young age will do better in the long run.
Many people view pre-school as a baby sitting service but this should not be the case. Pre-school should be a place of learning.
Government should not make preschool mandatory. Nor should it fund pre-school completely. Stipends can be given to parents that send their children to pre-school.
